I think she actually is a non-human. She didn't regress or anything but wanted to experience human life. So possessed a body and to blend him restricted her memories of being whatever she is. I feel it may be far fetched but the way she's described cannot just be mass delusion
@Plilop True, not to mention that we weren't even shown of her origins and each people that encountered her seems to see something behind her, an intangible white like substance with multiple eyes. Theres another one form that was shown, her body was glowing like jewels in the previous chapter.
@Exthralith could be that she is actually an angel who was fed up being an angel and wanted to live as a human so she took help from some demon and came in this body and her memories were over written of actually being a human in her past life and that cat is the demon that made a deal with her and the demon became interested in her so came in the form of a cat......but question here is that if this is possible then how the over written memory is actually about the modern world we live in this is definitely a supernatural world so how could there be a world like ours with no magic and this world is definitely not a past of our world....could there be multiple worlds and she just happened to came in this specific world with memories of other world which is the modern earth
