The MC died in a car accident and so did idol guy bc he was the car behind them at that time, Idol guy was already tired of life and the only thing that mattered to him was his sister aand in the MC's CONCIOUSNESS the idol guy's soul appeared i think?? and the MC was told to protect the Idol's sister and he agreed but then woke up in the hospital since they switched bodies. The reason he was in HIS body earlier was because he THOUGHT he was still his old body but after he looked at his legs or smth he thought "oh lol that dont look like my body" and ran to the mirror and found out he was actually in Idol guy's body, like what the other member's saw was idol guy not MC, what WE saw was his delusion that he was still his old self.
