@Juju Your question is difficult to answer because this is a fantasy setting. But as our history goes, guns has been around since the 10th century, this "feels" like "knight" era which was around 8-15th century. Meaning, there was a short period where Knights and Guns coexisted, mainly 13-15th century (was brought over from China sometime after 10th, closer to 13th).
