@Kichiberry i am an IT student, drink water after mixing a minute quantity of salt.

@Kichiberry If you have pain meds take them but you should turn the lights off because the light can irritate it more well maybe not for you but and try placing an ice pack on where it hurts that usually helps
@Kichiberry thank you guys, I just had the worst nap of my life but my head feels better. However I did not understand what you meant by “drinking water” so I am not drenched in water.
