Does anyone know how to red badges, are they difficult to get?

@Casino staff ig the badges are respective to the genre you read, the time u spend reading, the time u spend chatting on the site, the time u spend just idling on the site, how many followers or following you have and for how long you have spent here as in for how many months or years.
@Casino staff i would love to see the full list of them with requirements
