@Banana ice cream Agreed, this was disappointing. I was expecting something like this would happen but she would KEEP the "remove all status effect" item on and continue. As is, it feels the author like to ratchet back and forth, somewhat ruining the MC feel.
I will just shelve this for 1/2 year and just buzz through this part if it continues this way. Will know how it moves by next chapter; not really excited to see or even learn about this rando all powerful character. It feels like a forced character just to move the story along a specific path as you seen in other lazy writings (e.g. system that forces MC to do or move in a certain path).
