The art is gorgeous but I'm honestly very unhappy with the way the Duke seems to thoughtlessly humiliate the FL. Forcing her kneel in front of him on blo*** knees by stepping on her belongings. Taking/ruining her posessions when she has nothing and he has everthing. I find him very disgusting and will probably end up hoping the FL dies just to make him miserable. (This hope never comes true but I hope it anyway) I'm not overly fond of the FL at this point either. She seems to be way to naive/innocent/passive for a girl who're been through so much as a child. If it keeps going like this, it looks like the best I can hope for is a happyish ever after with her becoming his mistress while he uses her and never actually treats her well.

@JubilantGeek I'm here after the novel. I have never in my life hated a ML, I could always see through their POV. But this guy right here is an absolute A-hole.
