100 jumping jacks, 
100 burpees ( 2 mins break after 25 burpees),  
100 jumping squats ( 2 mins break after each 25 jumping squats), 
100 russian twist ( 2 mins break after EACH 25 russian twist, 
1 song plank crawl, 
50 plank up and downs ( 2 mins break after EACH 25 plank up and down)
