When a man is classified as an omega, this means that he also has a uterus like a female and can give birth, but he can only do so with an alpha man (he cannot have children with a beta man), and omegas release pheromones Only alphas can smell it, which is why it is known that omegas and alphas are naturally attracted to each other physically..also..
