you really want Ijin to stoop to their level? They were just bystanders this arc. The one who picked the fight was the ex-congressman, so Ijin dealt with him somewhat and is leaving the rest to the chairman (Ijin probably called in a favor since he knew he needed someone to clean up the aftermath of his carnage).
