@Akira as a big poison nerd rat poisoning doesnt kill humans it just makes them barf, i'd reccomend  hydrogen sulfide, although you cold very esily die from inhaling it  its HIGHLY toxic and can cause nausea, headaches, delirium, disturbed equilibrium, tremors, convulsions, and skin and eye irritation, and even a coma if you somehow survive
