If anyone wants to know, this event was fully shown in the novel.
It basically begins with a S rank adventurer throwing his weight around in which he has a nasty habit of collecting girls from different races as slaves. He claims his skill is premonition, but in truth he can't see the future. Only past events. It's how he got his S rank by conning/black mailing his way into it. Thus he's a trash level weakling who only knows how to manipulate others with their secrets.
Upon meeting Loran, he learns about Laila with his skill to which he figures he hit the jackpot of all trophies. Thus he invites himself into Loran's home and tries to black mail him. Needless to say once he makes his demand, Loran simply responded back, 'if you really had the power of premonition, you should've known you were dead the moment you walked through my door'.
Thus the beginning on this chapter as he set the slaves free while disposing of the body.
