So since I'm a fastidious sl** I was like, okay CMMD, that was great, I liked the story, but the heart thing? Nope, it's difficult to believe. You actually broke my suspension of disbelief. It's a deus ex machina that exceeds verisimilitude. But again, I'm a fastidious sl**. And I searched for it. The joke's on me.
Dextrocardia is a rare but known congenital malformation. From what I gather, it doesn't really have long lasting deathly effects. You just have to use a defibrillator and the electrodes for the ECG on the, pardon my pun which is totally intended, "right" place. There are some difficulties in case of a heart transplant but that is fastidious cu** territory and I stop myself at being a sl**.
Good job CMMD. I learned a thing and you maintened your rank as the most well thought out revenge manhua of all times.
