Here's an explanation so far :

Yoohan is the real name of the MC (the delivery guy who is handsome by taking off his hat). He was the blonde thug in chapter 1 who had a sick mother and a younger brother who got stabbed to death by someone.

The light brown haired guy's name in previous chapter who is a celebrity now is Song Myeong-Shin, but he took Yoohan's name for his stage name. Myeong-shin was the one who lived with Yoohan back in the days. He was the one who told the old man to stab Yoohan's lil brother instead of calling police for help or telling Yoohan that his lil bro was in danger. He then fled away with the money Yoohan collectes from his loan job and became a celebrity. Now Yoohan has to payback the money he owe to the loan company, whoch was around 10 Mil Won.

In chapter 1, Yoohan decided to live a normal life after the "divine punishment" or karma he got from his thug life. But after he overheard Myeong-shin's convo with someone at the parking lot, he cant help but got very angry and wanted to do revenge by being a celebrity too through the offer of this manager man. This manager used to be a president of an entertainment agency but got scammed by Myeong-shin, his own actor that he raised. His agency collapse and he had to be a manager in another agency, but still work as Myeong-shin's manager. 

im not quite sure with the manager situation but that's what i understood so far.
