@Duke Pendragon Leader of one of the top guilds in Korea, he also met Kangwoo in the S rank dungeon and also tried to recruit him into his guild, when Kangwoo, Seaol-ah and Echidna were at the shopping mall. Also I am not 100% sure, but he may be the one who wasen't able to become a world class hunter or whatever.
