@Iuo  I know a real life couple who are twins. They were really close as kids and just like these mcs parents,  there mom separated them when she noticed they might be romantically involved.  They fell sick and it was so serious that they almost died, they didn't get better until they started living together again.  Now those twins are together with 2 kids.
