Well, it is possible. Let me tell you a story (real one)
I have 2 uncles (my mom's brother)
Lets name both of them Di and Si.
Di is the youngest, my mom is in the middle and Si is the oldest. Both of my uncles have Beards. When Si shaved his beard for the first time he looked younger than Di, even if their age gap is 10 years.
So yes, the guy with a beard can be younger than kylot.
