@Revengeiswasteoftime from what i know, it's usually more on a psychological basis when this kinda stuff happens, so most of the time the partner only gets sick when he knows his significant other is pregnant. i'm not saying it's impossible that he could've subconsciously picked up some vibes and doesn't even realize, but i'd get him checked out nonetheless. and yourself too, of course.
you both should make an appointment as soon as possible. he could just be having a stomach bug, but better safe than sorry.
