@hmmm drink hot water ? I got a question so every women experience periods differently and it's painful but is there a way to minimize it or stop it cause cause im the only guy in my fam and like my older sisters scare tf outta me like even tho I'm 6'4  and they like short I don't wanna mess with the mood swings

Some of our periods get worse when we are older. The periods im getting in my 30s are worse compared to my 20s. I literally go into psychosis and lose my s*t. And the pain has doubled, with cramps, migraines all that. BUT the days are much shorter.
