Are they scared of him cause he's too strong and want him dead?? No I don't think so cause it seems that they want him to go rampage and if that happens, the one who'll suffer might be the both of them and the esper would actually rampage half of Seoul if he did went on a rampage, I don't really know what their goal is..?
