I feel like they could just.. teach guwon to be more human.. I think the teachers different bc of how he genuinely thinks there's good in guwon, if everyone's afraid of him noone can communicate with him causing him to try and make the rules by himself. genuinely js teach him s*t bro why they going ape s*t on a guy they can't even talk to bc of how cowardly they are..
