@Authentic monkey I think that at first he dislike him but since he learned he can't live without the guy he dislike, he would dislike him even more. that even if he dislikes him he still though that he would have the basic respect which wasn't the case, cause he raped him. And keep saying things as if he doesn't care about what the bottom think. Like "I'm ready to have babies (= so are you)" or "I don't like that you're surrounded by alpha (= stop judo)"
So I think that the dislike became hater. And that if they finish together it would be
or because he gave up,
or because he got pregnant and might no be able to have kids if he ends the pregnancy,
or with a very long time lapse where he miss him because of pheromones and mistake that for love
