@Saumya Mahajan He is another Duke of this Empire who wasn't present at the first meeting Valar attended after years and he is supposed to be staying in another Empire where Sione was married off to the Regent Duke Locke. Regent Duke and Duke Idikels were mentioned in the chapter when Valar admitted the truth about Arel's birth.
