Honestly nothing good will come out of keeping this secret any longer. Literally my boy is way too deep into that relationship to continue hiding it. I understand he doesn't want the ml to leave him after founding out. But a relationship is based on trust and if the ml really couldn't accept it,then even if he's the MC's fated mate. He isn't the one, especially of his last experience with an omega. Someone in relationship with you,should accept you. But hiding it would make the ml think that the Mc was just deceiving him. It's totally not worth getting a surgery for a man, just for you to stay with him instead of being honest. Both should go to a couple therapist at this point.
