@JadeVine_09 In the first few chapters, we were shown their relationship (if I understand correctly, they were showing us the FUTURE, which we haven't yet reached). And their relationship has gotten worse than it is now (ML is smashing things in the apartment again, using tricks, and their conversations and interactions are tense). But we don't know the reason or what happened (I think they'll show that later). (of course, I could have misunderstood)
