Okay, I think the manager is seperate from Mr ghost man, Mr ghost man has been infatuated with MC for a long time, maybe he was bound to the building and liked MC for a while, llike he said recently, which is confusing because before he seemed to not really want to bang MC, maybe the arthor changed their mind or mistranslated. If the ghost liked MC for a while, maybe he confused MCs timidness around the manager with a crush and took the managers form to win MCs affection? And also when MC was seeing those white ghosts I think that was a projection of the present. I think the lady was able to see MC in the conference room even though MC was asleep because the ghost pulled MCs spirit from his body???

@Sparklewoof yesss it makes so much sense now why things seemed off, it seems when the ghost and mc interacts it's either in the dream or with mc spirit
