@Snek in South Korea she would go to jail.they see it as excessive self defense. if he assaulted her he would only get max 7yrs
@Tanuki_chan If she scratches his eyeballs out? Like only one of her hands were free so she shoves them in his eye sockets n causes irreversible damage?
@Snek I know you're kidding lol or serious lol I dunno actually. it's crazy but legit if you look into their past cases theyre harsh about excessive self defense. Also the offenders can flipping sue the survivors. If they take them to court and they don't get found guilty they can turn around and sue for defamation
