Imma take a guess that she found out that she can't get pregnant or smth like that and THAT is when her relationship with Mincheol started to spiral downwards.

It seems like something happened between her being pregnant and when Tae first saw her walking tattered from the hospital, missing a shoe...
And don't forget the ultrasound photo we saw of an empty womb.
My guess is that he did something that got her beaten up, which caused a miscarriage, the miscarriage can need to complications and inability to be pregnant. And he's racked with guilt from that but pummels her so that she doesn't leave him.
And don't forget that him cheating with Ari Is the second time he's done that. Apparently he had cheated before
