Lily put her lu** desire first and now she will face the consequences. she knows the rose is cheater but she wanna a place to share her love. she is too ashamed what she did to ana so that why her last sentence "Ana i am doing fine here"

 

 This is not love story. a story of a person who stuck in lu** desire forever and never found love. Lily start assuming that whatever i have that's enough even its not love. its fine. she is concealing herself to make herself better. In reality she is sad. she is not expressing this emotions and now she lives in lie.
