@Tempest couldn't agree more, but I think what they meant by green flag is that he didn't go all the way when the MC sleeps compared to other BL were the toxicity of the Top reach new high but then again as you said he did manipulated him into sleeping with him it was a low blow to ask him to return 4 times the amount of money
