For everyone confused the series of the first four chapters was called Omerta(Nitako) and this chapter is from a series that is also called Omerta(HiKok) so someone made a mistake when posting it.
sidenote: there is actually no more chapters for Omerta(Nitako) as it was discontinued/cancelled
