@Sam Its simply fun, and can be a turn on for some people. It can get them really worked up. Common example being Cop and robber, they are being 'detained' and cannot use their hands because of handcuffs, at their partners mercy. In my opinion, Roleplaying is a way to explore some kinks in the lighter tone and sometimes makes them feel safer in a way since its like 'pretend'.

I must clarify, I myself am also not very much into roleplay. But it is fun since you can play out 'fantasies' really easy.
