@cannelloni i think it was when rimuru was doing the ceramony to bring people back to life, he offered up the dead to summon the demons, then when rimuru woke up he named noir, which gave him a bridge to the world though the slime, im just guessing here, maybe it explains more in the light novel

@cannelloni it was't really explained in the anime. But I'm guessing it has something to do with the naming, and the enormous magicul transfert, which made him evolve to a Demon Peer, thereby giving him a physical Body. Diablo said himself to Sare and the demon hunters that he broke free those limitations. Maybe the Light Novel has a better explanation

@cannelloni Someone summoned him and sacrificed their body for him to kill someone, thats how he got his body, later on Rimuru gave him a name and i believe he got more powers

@cannelloni his body is from falmuth army before Rimuru transform to Demon lord

his first job from Rimuru is capture the survivor that run away from the "Megiddo" field
