Sadly that's main trope for a manga like this, it is supposed to be a feel good Cinderella-alike story,
you hardly see some proper actions in even more action focused ones because of how strict(?) japanese cultur is in that regard.

@RocketLinks I agree but I feel like Japan manga is less forgiving with these, Korean shoujo/manga has it real bad though. Waaaay too many MC's end up forgiving/making light of it all, usually when it's Isekai/Possession (Oh it didn't happen to ME though)

@Kazooie TBH both are pretty messed up in that regard 😅
