For the peeps who are confused In the last panels: The two girls were talking about Xia's feelings towards Lu Yinghou, I mean in the first few chapters, Xia was idolizing Lu so much and the redhead short haired girl knew it.. so I guess the thing that they were talking abt in the phone was Xia being a die hard fan to Lu or the reason behind Xia badly wants to join the cast... "But if you like her, You can't hide it" Maybe they were trying to hide these things to Lu for the sake of reputation/professionalism.
