Can somebody please tell me what the heck does "class registrations" and that joke 'what did you learn after 4yrs of college" mean?

@Name Its kinda like the time you wanna take your classes. The joke is like asking him why he still chose to have a crappy schedule even after having to deal with it for 4 years.
