I'm confused the manga's other name is 'The Ultimate Heal Heals Everything' and pet as well as objects proves that but he tried healing and person got worse? heal don't work nothing happens normally in fiction, all i can think is mc's heal sets the person to thier desired state if the strong desire to be in perfect health theen it is, but the guy who got worse was faking sick and wanted to be sick at a guess married and wife showed concern that wasn't normal for her and desperate for that kindness he faked sick.
