I'm gonna say this right here: if you think ceaser has ANY point when it comes to shooting a child, you lack moral value. And to answer the question, the difference between shooting a child and an adult is the fact that one is perfectly capable of making their own choices, and SHOULD have a proper sense of right and wrong. However, with a child (ages 1-12) they don't have the proper mind to make complex choices in a majority of cases. This is due to lack of experience and knowledge, and also the case with some teenagers. Which means our beloved Ceaser has a lack of moral value, as expected of someone with that sort of upbringing.
