You do realize this is like a sophomore/junior in HIGH SCHOOL being in love with a middle schooler at least two grades below him? Are y'all really going to ignore and defend this?

Three years is ok, five is questionable, six depends on their age in general, seven is borderline pedo and everything after that is kinda pedo only like 15 years or so is like REALLY pedophilia.

Of course it always depends on the situation they're in and this is only my own opinion but I think you're overreacting a bit.

@Ihatemyself Are yall genuinely slow or do y'all not know how to read? It clearly says in the chapter "this continued to happen". If it happened once, yeah I'll let it slide. But no, it kept happening again and again, and yall are mad because I'm pointing this out.

@Kay Oh I'm not mad that you're pointing it out. I also agree that they're both too young and all. The only thing im saying is that he's not a pedophile because it's only a three years difference. Also I bet when you were 13-14 you also had a boy/girlfriend or at least knew a couple your age and never found it weird when they kissed. Normal couples do that all the time and if they were a couple back then it would be normal since couples kiss from time to time

@Ihatemyself Okay the couple statement hasnothing to do with anything for starters. I'm not overreacting, I'm just saing that the older guy should have had more maturity, and he should have stopped ths from continuing. I also don't think you realize the difference three years apart in kids has. For instance, a 13 year old has just became a teen, while a 16 year old is able to drive. A 13 year old is only in their second or first year of middle school, while a 16 year old is in their second or third year of high school. Are you starting to see the issue here? If this was happening as they were adults, wouldn't bat an eye. This isn't the case however. If you still think I'm overreacting, just do the seven year rule, divide the older guys age in half and then add seven.

@Kay Oh ok, I agree that they're both too young. There is nothing more to say about that. I also agree that they shouldn't have done this in the first place and that the older dude should have stopped all that. But he's not a pedophile and I just don't understand why you're saying that... I mean, try seeing it from my perspective, in Germany when you're 13 you're already in 8th grade and when you're 16 you're most likely only in 10th grade. You're not even allowed to have a driver's license. In Germany you're not allowed to do anything if you're not 18 anyways so for me they're both still young in age but not in the head since they're only three years apart. And since they did nothing more then kissing...
