@Ninja well he's not 7, and this is his second life, and honestly who cares. It happens pretty often reverse in manga, it's actually pretty common in shoujo stories, and it's not like he acknowledges her anyway. He basically doesn't think of Aria in that way all, and doesn't acknowledge the promise neither, as he said it was just a kids prank. But Medis should never be trusted, never.
