can someone help me understand why smokers never actually finish a ciggerette even though they cost so much? idk why....is there an important reason or do i have a misconseption about where the end is........

The cost of it depends on the brand and where you live in and it is quite expensive in some countries if you use there currency. For example it mostly costs MVR100 (MVR is the currency of where i live) in my country which is equal to $6.49
My aunt smokes...she often goes to new york to visit her boyfriend (my fam is messed up...that's enough said...) and last time I checked they were like 10 bucks per box...might be wrong, sorry...but that doesn't answer my question...is it unfinished or are they "finished"...I've seen smaller "buds" so I was just wondering if they are putting them out before they are really "done..."
