If u had heart transplant, it is difficult to be surgeon.  Most people can't even lift heavy objects. Big big plot hole. Well fantasy

@Plot @Plot a person who has had heart surgery or even a heart transplant can become a surgeon, but it depends on their long-term health, physical stamina, and medical clearance. Here’s the difference: Heart surgery (like valve repair, bypass surgery, congenital defect repair, etc.) Many people recover fully and go on to demanding careers, including medicine and surgery. Heart transplant This is more complicated because transplant recipients must take lifelong medicines that suppress the immune system, and they need regular medical monitoring. Some may still be able to practice medicine or surgery if their health remains stable, but it varies from person to person. To become a surgeon, someone usually needs: Strong physical endurance Ability to stand for long operations Stable overall health Clearance from medical licensing and occupational health evaluations A previous heart condition alone does not automatically disqualify someone from becoming a surgeon. There are even doctors and surgeons who continued their careers after major medical conditions. A famous example is Dr. Devi Shetty, who has spoken publicly about the importance of cardiac recovery and modern heart care, though he himself is not a transplant recipient.
