@Ahhhjjjuucyyyy's in the beginning of the story when Neungso was sent to bring the moon Rabbit, he was told the moon rabbit got a mark on the roof of his mouth. So he was always doing sneaky things to see it, but Haru made him promise to stop, so he did. But it appears here, he could really have the mark.
