i have lot things to do but here i am doing nothing help me how to overcome this pathetic laziness of mine

If you insult yourself it'll be harder to do stuff! It might be that you're overwhelmed! Doing small, very tiny things one at a time from the most important things, and steps from the easiest things inbetween, might help!
