Im so confused about the empresses. Because Renatos mother is an empress right? So who's Ludmilla? The dead one? A second empress? But Renatos mother is still alive

@Veenati Ludmilla was the empress when she was alive, but now that she's dead, Renato's mother is the empress
@Veenati Also Ludmilla is the King's second spouse, but since she gave birth to Trudy, an alpha, she's the empress. Renato being a beta means he doesn't have a right to the throne, so his mother got demoted.
