@JAEKYUNGSEXPIREDCUMINDANSASSHOLE I can agree on that revealing clothes is one of factor of ra**. Most women wear revealing clothes does have higher chance of getting ra** and as a man the sexual desire is normal to have for those revealing clothes. Most men have the ability to hold that desire in public and ignoring it. but some don't have and that leads to ra** case mostly. But you can't stop those sexual desires as not every men are monks or gay to not feel that sexual desire. Sometimes Even monks and gay can't resist those desires. Even I have seen some man getting attracted to women with revealing clothes than women with covered dress mostly. That's why I think most suitable punishment for rapist is cutting their diçks.
