I kinda feel bad for Akime..like I know he seems a bit suspicious but he's be nothing but a green flag so far and idk I feel like he just really cares. I hope he and the other dude with the same condition get together...actually it doesn't have to be with that guy, I just hope that one day he'll find someone who treats him with the same love and patience as he's shown our MC so far
