@Miyu ex president likes compulsive liar guy (jooha's brother that grew up with yuri) and mistook his and Yuri's closeness for romantic attachment. So now he wants to hurt yuri so that forces liar-guy to show genuine emotion to expresident, even if it is anger and animosity. Basically he is maliciously obsessed.
