@DeadBot   It would seem no in this comment section even bothered to actually answer your question. While the 30 day releases is somewhat accurate, it doesn't cover for most of Japan that doesn't abide that monthly releases.

Manhwas and Manhuas are usually done by a studio, and have a whole team of artist working on it. With a lead author and artist. By a large margin they have more man power versus mangas, unless it's an extremely popular series like One Piece.

Imagine working non stop for 20hrs a day, for weeks straight. The 30days give authors time to rest, and not get sick and die from exhaustion. Which sadly still isn't enough since most authors are deathly sickly due to being overworked. They can't crank out chapters like Korea or China because they simply can't.

Than its how it's made. Mangas are printed, and very costly, especially if it has color. Take Tensei Shitara for an example. Quality chapters takes a long time. While Manhwas and Manhuas are also sometimes printed, they're usually just webtoons, and created digitally. Which is cheaper, easier, and faster. While it's not the case for all, it is for most. Than it gets printed later.

Which leads to the last reason. How they're paid.
Japanese authors are paid wholesale.

Korean/Chinese authors are paid per chapter.

Which is why sites like these are illegal, and frowned upon by big corpos.

Manga chapters has little to do with authors income, so there's no need to crank out 300 chapters. 120 chapters split em up monthly, and hope it's enough to make you by the novels, which is why most mangas don't really fully cover source materials or abruptly end.
The way manhwas and manhuas are set up, you create an account, and pay to read each chapter on certified sites. So if those authors want to pay their bills, they have to push out 300 chapters, weekly.
