@Shins arm pit it'll hurt for a few weeks then it'll be fine but watch out for the corners, they'll dig into the inside of your cheeks and cause more hurt. I still feel marks on mine, my braces have been off for 14 years now btw

(As a former prisoners of braces, it actually become part of u the more u keep it on, the day i got removed i was like my tooth is TOOO smooth, n i used my braces when my lips gets itchy, to open bottles, tear polythene smtimes, n to scratch my itchy palm smtimes cz it soooo shrap, AND U RE GONNA MISS IT WHEN U GET BRACES OFF!)

@Stenzy that's nonsense, they cut up the insides of your mouth, you can't eat a lot of things and have to wear retainers for the rest of your life

@BiNShy yes they cut off the edges, n it feels fine at the moment, but when u get home, it kinda bruise inside ur cheeks, n yes I can't eat hard stuff like guava, fried bites, n stuff, I followed thru like an year, but they I got fed up n ate everything n anything🥀 (ANYONE READING THIS AS A MANUAL SHOULD NOT DO THAT!) ANNNDD I DO hv retainers, but the doc said js wear it when I sleep, but I js wear it when I feel like it(ik it s not good, but my teeth s fine)
